“When your sense of self is no longer tied to thought, is no longer conceptual, there is a depth of feeling, of sensing, of compassion, of loving, that was not there when you were trapped in mental concepts. You are that depth.”

~ Eckhart Tolle

When we come direct from heart space we create an energetic connection that surpasses the concept of empathy or our multi-sensory capacity. In doing so we create the neutral vacuum that two souls can share to explore, discover, test, challenge and shift. For us, this is our recipe for lasting and generative change.

Paula and Nigel ran a café in February with thirty change workers from our region. Within minutes a space or vacuum had been created and a sense of calm descended. A place of peace and an open invitation to a gate for learning was present. Trust was not in consciousness as exploration overwhelmed any sense of anything else egoful.

In this place the concepts of reflection and projection were explored, safely and deeply. In the co-created space, the learnings shared, revealed reflections to be obviously seen, felt and heard. Projections as a consequence were so apparent and evidenced by the triads within which each individual worked. In one group three women who did not know one another before and without consciousness had sat next to one another apparently ‘just because’ shared the same shoes and suit, all shared the same organisation in terms of one had been employed by it, another currently employed by it and the third attending an interview the following day for it. Further they all shared the same fears and depth within those fears, they all shared a desire to learn NLP and two learned that a couple of weeks later they would share the same learning space on a course they had both booked completely independently.

Feedback came pouring in over-night from co-creators who in sharing the same continued to process for enlightenment. Emails have poured in subsequently and we could share many quotes with you but perhaps this one sums it up:

“For me, it’s all about leaving rational thought processes behind & allowing myself to connect fully to my inner self & to simply experience what is happening as it happens without thought or judgement.”

In our continuing journey into the theme of creating heart space whenever or wherever we go, the passage of time and process of reflection by you and us, has now revealed the next steps to be taken.

And boy has it revealed such phenomenal learnings have come to us to share with you in a way that cannot not open you to the greater source that exists within. And when in touch and aligned with your greater source, heart-space emanates in ways that the conscious could not conjure or create by itself. In turn this provides the neutral vacuum that two souls (or more as we’ve experienced) can share to explore, discover, test, challenge and shift. Again in continuous discovery, this is still our recipe for lasting and generative change.

So in this second café Paula and Nigel will facilitate your exploration of the deeper sense of self in a very different and dynamic way to anything that you may have experienced before. If there is language to explain what will happen we would say this experience will take you beyond the idea of ‘personal development’ and into the realms of ‘self awakening’.

You will have the opportunity to co-create between us a space where learning is shared and multiplied by just the essence of your being.

So please come join us for the journey of a lifetime knowing that once entered life will never be the same again.

Spirituality In Coaching and Therapy – Newcastle NLP and Hypnosis Cafe Monday 7th February 7-9pm : Gosforth Library Newcastle NE3 3HD : £10 Including Biscuits. Book online below.

When we come direct from heart space we create an energetic connection that surpasses the concept of empathy or our multi-sensory capacity. In doing so we create the neutral void that two souls can share to explore, discover, test, challenge and shift. For us, this is our recipe for lasting and generative change.

So in this café Paula and Nigel will facilitate your unpacking of the deeper and more connecting ways in which yours and our therapeutic alliances work. How they are formed, how they grow and the effect and impact they have on our and the world.

We will open and share our thoughts and processes of how to develop co-created alliances by exploring the concepts of projections and reflections prior to, during and after a dynamic interaction. We will also consider projection and reflection in terms of attracting clients into your life for mutual healing and purposeful learnings.

Every person we meet has something to teach us, and every person has something to say that only they can say. We both believe we attract the clients that will help and be beneficial to our ongoing development. This may also include ‘healing’ your past. viz a vie we meet together to co-create something that is more than mutually beneficial …

From this place we’ll look at working from heart space that dynamically co-creates a change process as being fundamental in effective change and evolution work. We will show you how this offers a place that goes way beyond our understanding of rapport. Indeed it transcends the thoughts that if we shared some common value, belief, outcomes, goals and even purpose we can go anywhere in the relationship.

Mastering Hypnotic Language | Newcastle Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy Practice Group

December, Wednesday 1st is the last gathering of like minds in 2010. The Trance Cafe in Newcastle upon Tyne is Mastering Hypnotic Language with Clinical Hypnotherapist Nigel Hetherington.

The topic is the STRUCTURE of hypnotic or influential communications with our selves and others. This is an opportunity to expand and equally condense our skills in HOW to ethically motivate and actualise all people towards a more complete authenticity in their life, relationships and business.

Specifically we will be using language as a way to powerfully influence and direct us towards our goals and objectives in a person to person, person to culture and person to society way, specifically with the language we use.

The structure of hypnotic and influential communications basically has two parts. Firstly the integral intention that drives us and secondly in how we as members of our culture and society use our words and values to share and hopefully influence each and everyone we communicate with.

What Lies In Between Lives?

For many years now there has been great interest in past-life regression within the world of hypnosis. Many of us find fascinating the opportunity to discover a little of what has made us what we are today. Even if the idea of past lives is not what you choose to believe, the power of past lives as a metaphor still gives this experience a unique power that can have positively dramatic effects on even the most sceptic people.

This October’s Trance Cafe offers us a chance to go into and beyond the realms of past lives and to take a sneak peek into what lies in between our lives. Putting it another way, we’ll be looking at what we get up to in the moment between the end of one earthly life and the start of the next.

Why not come to the Trance Cafe and discover just exactly what you get up to:

Healing Emotional Pain Treating Addictions | September 1st | Newcastle Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy Practice Group

GRRR - YIIP 45Image by mredpopo via Flickr

Emotional Hurt and Addictions have certain things in common. Firstly they both can be particularly tricky stop once they have happened and Secondly withdrawal is categorically similar to emotional loss. A Clean Therapy ™ method can be used to deal with both types of problem.

Addictions may be classed as physical, habitual, chemical or a combination of all three. What these all have in common is there is some payback ( a reward ) from a specific activity which results in neurotransmitters being released or blocked. These chemicals may be externally obtained like drugs and alcohol or supplied endogenously. The important distinction is there is a process which an addict will typically go through, typically:

Stimulus, Desire, Activity, Reward

It is the physical and psychological addiction withdrawal that really is the problem. Once the drug is lost to the system there is often a withdrawal counter effect in the body.

Now consider emotional pain. Specifically forms of loss related emotional pain. Here emotional pain is experienced through loosing something or someone precious, having values transgressed or expectations shattered. In essence something that was once present in life is now gone either permanently or temporarily.

When addictive stop there is often an associated withdrawal stage. This withdrawal is very similar to the experience of loss.

Using my Clean Therapy ™ model, a physicalisation and reintegration process in this case. Therapists can deal effectively with the withdrawal element in many cases. And follow up with Clean Generative Change to future orientate clients.

Easy Hypnotic Language And NLP

Hypnosis Video No Comments »

It is incredibly easy to construct and use hypnotic language. One of the first things I share with students on my Newcastle Hypnosis Training and Hypnosis Introduction courses is what is known as ‘hypnotic connectives’.

We are all already experts in using hypnosis because can talk. We already instinctively know how to form sentences and with one small piece of instruction in connecting words and sentences you can easily create compelling and powerful hypnotic commands and suggestions.

Here is a youtube clip from Nigel Hetherington demonstrating this simple yet powerful principle.

Bill O’Hanlon Workshop – Newcastle September 11-12

workshop No Comments »

We (IntegrityNLP) are very proud to be hosting a workshop with Bill O’Hanlon in Newcastle on September 11th and 12th. Bill O’Hanlon was one of the great hypnotherapist Milton Erikson’s students and is very well known therapist, trainer and author. He says of this workshop: The Geography Of Possibilities

Possibility Therapy uses the power of acknowledgement to meet people where they are stuck and the power of possibility to invite them into change. Not just a positive approach, this approach recognizes problems, the influence of the past, and cultural, political and gender influences while creating a respectful, hopeful environment for change. It also adds a spiritual dimension to therapy.

Through clear handouts and lectures, videotapes and practice exercises, participants will have the opportunity to not only learn this approach to therapy but also to apply it to their own lives and selves.

You can hear Bill speak about Eriksonian and Solution Oriented Hypnotherapy on a podcast interview he did on ShrinkRapRadio with Dr David Van Nuys.

You can also hear him on the Theatre of the Mind podcast about ‘getting on track with your life’.

The online registration for this event starts on Wednesday 21st April at 8:00am.

The first 10 registrants can book for the Very Early Bird Fee of just £100.

The fee goes up to £175 thereafter until July 19th, after that it’s £225.
