Stop Smoking
Non smokers often say, just quit, its not good for you. This is because they have absolutely no idea what they are talking about! Smoking and nicotine are seriously addictive. Smoking becomes part of the identity and is often a very social pursuit, even when standing outside on cold winter evenings at pubs and clubs. Summer is coming, honestly it is, and standing outside on warm nights is no deterrent at all.
If you are a hypnotherapist there will be demonstrations of processes and techniques you may not already know or have considered.
If you are a smoker and you really want to quit come along and do it for just ten pounds.

whether you are a practicing hypnotherapist or simply curious to discover more about hypnosis, you are probably aware of the ‘model‘ of the conscious and unconscious mind. And how one brain hemisphere is ‘logical and sequential’ and the other is ‘intuitive and Gestalt’.
This exploration will include the assumptions about neurology that support this theory but more importantly we wont be talking about it, we will explore this through structured exercises which will include analogue marking, splitting and contingent deepners.
